Next day UK delivery is available on all bunches for £9.95, if your order is placed before 1pm. E.g. for a Tuesday delivery, order by 1pm on Monday.
Delivery is available Monday to Saturday.
Same day delivery can sometimes be fulfilled from Monday to Saturday but will require customers to call our studio in West London on 0207 183 1820 or by emailing email@example.com to check with us first.
If you have any special requirements for your delivery, please specify in the box provided at checkout or email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order. At the checkout you will be given the option to choose your preferred delivery time through selecting ‘AM’ or ‘PM’, however please note that we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times outside of that. All orders will be delivered using couriers collecting from our studio in West London.
Please ensure that all details are correct, detailing the recipient’s full name, delivery address and postcode, along with a telephone number, noting any special delivery instructions that may assist our couriers with safe and easy delivery of your item/s.
Please also include your own telephone number and email address so that we may notify you in the event of any difficulty found in the delivery of your purchase. Any incorrect or misspelt details may result in delays or problems in delivery of your item/s. Please ensure that all details are accurate.
Where special delivery conditions may apply in establishments such as Hotels, Hospitals and Offices, a signature will be accepted as proof of delivery. Many hospitals do not accept flowers, so we suggest customers contact the hospital in question before placing an order.

Our natural products are subject to availability, which is governed by factors outside of our control, such as the seasons and weather. In the event that we do not stock the specific flowers required for your order, you will be contacted for further instruction. However, where a suitable substitution can be made, we reserve the right to do so without notice.
You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund before goods are dispatched from our studio. Once goods are dispatched via our delivery service we are unable to issue refunds unless our product is faulty. In the event of faulty products, goods must be returned to the studio where possible. We will require proof of purchase / delivery to assess the problem with our product, as quality and freshness is closely monitored in the store.
