When I first moved to England, I had the great privilege of living and working in the astoundingly beautiful city of Bath, Somerset. Bath and surrounding landscape is known for its ancient roman Bath houses, hot springs and neoclassical architecture, all sitting at the base of the vast sprawling green of the Cotswolds. It is also famous for its golden stoned, georgian style townhouses, such as The Royal Crescent and The Circus, who’s glowing facades inspired me on my daily tour to and from work or to the local grocer. Home to the literary icon Jane Austen, Bath has drawn visitors from all over the world, in search of beauty, history and a taste of the quintessentially British lifestyle.
Our Mells bouquet honours a city that is timeless and elegant. A breath-taking area of England that combines rural and free with luxury and finery. And most importantly to me it is the place where I first found my footing. A time in my life I will always treasure because it is where I got started here in England. It was my beginning in a new place I now call home.
