Ronny Colbie bouquets and other merchandise are available for London same-day delivery, national DPD next day delivery and local collection.

All Ronny Colbie bouquets/merchandise are arranged, packaged, and handled with the utmost care to ensure that they arrive in superb condition. Detailed care guide and handwritten note are included with every order.

Same-Day Delivery Terms

• Our same-day London delivery days are Monday to Saturday.
• Same day orders placed before 13:30 will be delivered by 19:00.
• Same day orders can not be placed after 13:30 both online and in-store.
• All same day delivery orders made after 13:30 on Saturday will be delivered Monday.

National DPD Delivery Terms  

• Our next day national DPD delivery service is available Tuesday to Sunday.
• Next delivery orders must be made before 13:30.
• Any order placed after 13:30 Saturday for Sunday delivery will be delivered the following Tuesday as we are closed Sunday.
• All delivery methods for our bouquets/merchandise allow named day delivery based on the terms above regarding the time the order is placed.

Local Store Collection Terms

• Our bouquets/merchandise are available for collection from our Balham studio Monday to Saturday.
• Same day collection orders can be placed any time before 13:30 and must be collected during our stores opening hours.
• Please allow one hour before collection after your order is placed online/telephone.
• Same day orders can be placed after 13:30 by telephone and in-store only.
• Same day collection orders made online after 13:30 on Saturday will require collection Monday as the store is closed Sunday.

We ask all customers who require more information on our delivery times to call the store directly during our opening hours.

Please ensure that all details are entered correctly at checkout, detailing the recipient’s full name, delivery address and postcode, along with their telephone number, noting any special delivery instructions that may assist our couriers with safe and easy delivery of your item/s.

Please also include your own telephone number and email address so that we may notify you in the event of any difficulty found in the delivery of your purchase. Any incorrect or misspelt details may result in delays or problems delivering item/s. Please ensure that all details are accurate.

Where special delivery conditions may apply in establishments such as hotels, hospitals and offices, a signature will be accepted as proof of delivery. Many hospitals do not accept flowers, so we suggest customers contact the hospital in question prior to placing an order.

• Remove the flowers from their packaging
• Horizontally cut stems to length
• Place your flowers into clean cold water
• To prolong the life of your flowers, recut the stems and change water regularly
• Do not display near draughts, direct sunlight, or radiators

You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund before goods are dispatched from our store. Once goods are sent out for delivery, we are unable to issue refunds unless our product is faulty. In the event of faulty products, goods must be returned to the shop where possible. We will require proof of purchase to assess the problem with our product, as quality and freshness is closely monitored in-store.

Flowers have a seasonal dependence and there may be occasions when a particular variety is unavailable. Every effort will be made to source each flower as purchased, however if this cannot be achieved then a similar variety will be used as a suitable replacement.
