Shipping Flowers

  • Ronny Colbie flowers are available for same-day delivery to all London postcodes, next-day delivery Nationwide, and also available for collection from the studio.
  • All listed flowers prices DO NOT include shipping – prices for shipping are calculated at checkout.
  • All flower orders will arrive on the specific date requested by 6PM (Monday – Saturday – excluding bank holidays).
  • Any London flower deliveries that require a specific time slot will need to be arranged directly with the shop prior to the requested dispatch date via telephone/email.
  • Our delivery and collection days are Monday to Saturday.
  • Same day delivery and collections are available if ordered before 11:30am.
  • All orders made after 11:30am on Saturday will be delivered Monday.

Flower Returns

  • We are unable to issue refunds or exchanged unless flowers are delivered to recipient damaged.
  • Where possible flower arrangements must be returned to the Balham shop.
  • Should the product(s) be damaged upon receipt, proof of purchase and photographic evidence MUST be sent via email within 6 hours of delivery.
  • Flowers have a seasonal dependence and there may be occasions when a particular variety is unavailable. Every effort will be made to source each flower as purchased, however, if this cannot be achieved a similar variety will be used as a replacement. We do not offer refunds/ exchanges based on issues with selected varieties.

Shipping Fragrance & Stationery

  • All fragrance/liquor orders to UK postcodes will be shipped via DPD’s tracked parcel service.
  • Our delivery days are Monday to Saturday.
  • Same day collections are available during store opening hours (Monday – Saturday | 10:00 – 18:00).
  • All orders made after 11:30am on Saturday will be delivered Monday.

Fragrance & Stationery Returns

  • We are unable to issue refunds or exchanged unless products have been delivered to recipient faulty.
  • We are unable to offer refunds on any used or opened goods.
  • Where possible all damaged products must be returned to the Balham shop.
  • Should the product(s) be damaged upon receipt, proof of purchase and photographic evidence MUST be sent via email within 6 hours of delivery.
